Information on the Hospitality Suite 3005. |

The Hospitality Suite will be held in room 3005
(just off the Hotel's Registration desk and up one flight of stairs or
one floor by elevator in building 1). There will be a few special
treats like "Boo-berry" cakes, cactus candies and prickly pear jelly.
The Hospitality Suite hopes to create an oasis away from reality for a
moment. |

Hours of Operation will be late morning,
approximately 11:00am until late evening. The hotel sponsors breakfast
allowing the Hospitality Suite to open in the late morning. |

If you would like sponsor the Hospitality Suite for
a few hours or run a Special Promotion, please contact
Liz Hanson. Non-alcoholic beverages only. Separate suites will
have to be rented for alcohol to be serve as our insurance policy does
not cover serving drinks. |
