Votes should be submitted by members of the World
Horror Convention 2004 postmarked by December 31, 2003. Photocopies
are accepted as long as the original signature exists. (The photocopy
must by signed, not a copy of the signature.) |

The winner will be officially notified January
2004. The announcement of the winner will occur in Progress Report #3,
if the winner is able to attend the convention. Otherwise, the winner
will be announced at Opening Ceremonies on Thursday. The actual award
will be on display at the convention with the award presentation at
Closing Ceremonies on Sunday. |
